Major-General Cyril Aubrey Blacklock DSO & Bar (1870–1936) was a British Army officer who commanded 9th (Scottish) Division during World War I.
Blacklock was commissioned into the King's Royal Rifle Corps in 1901 and took part in operations in Orange River Colony during the Second Boer War.[1] He served in World War I as Commanding Officer of 10th Battalion of the King's Royal Rifle Corps from December 1915.[2] He went on to be Commander of 182nd (2/1st Warwickshire) Brigade in 1916 and then Commander of 97th Brigade in 1917.[1] He was appointed General Officer Commanding 9th (Scottish) Division in March 1918, General Officer Commanding 39th Division later that month and General Officer Commanding 63rd (Royal Naval) Division in August 1918[1] before retiring in 1920.[3]
